The Subway located in Jackson is looking for reliable and responsible individuals to join our team. If you have great customer services skills and are strong at multi-tasking you may be just the fit!

Job requirements:

• Effective communication skills.
• Demonstrate a clean and kept appearance
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to work varied hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
• Continuous standing, bending, stooping, lifting, stretching, and frequent overhead lifting will be required when staging, preparing, or packaging menu items.
• General knowledge and understanding of restaurant industry or retail operations preferred, but not required.

Job functions are, but limited to:

• Provides prompt and courteous customer service
• Be able to maintain correct and efficient food orders within 2-3 minutes.
• Operate cash register
• Assists in ensuring all prep is completed and store is rush ready for peak hours.
• Assists in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. Routinely disposing of trash into designated dumpsters.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures, maintaining a good attendance record.
• Demonstrates knowledge of Subway formulas by ensuring correct proportions.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
• Maintains positive and cooperative working relationship with all colleagues.
